We are a customer-service-based organization. We understand that our customers are not dependent on us; we are dependent on our customers.  Our representatives are allowed flexibility and discretion in the field, knowing that the ultimate goal is satisfying the customer.  We are able to go beyond the sale and perform other essential duties such as merchandising and product sampling.

We offer customers a wide range of products starting with wines from right here in Wisconsin and including some of the most highly rated and prestigious wines the world has to offer. We represent value-driven and boutique, family-owned wineries and spirit producers from all over the world. Our goal is to provide our customers with high quality wines at great price points to fill their every need.

We are a company with a unique organizational structure allowing us to serve our customers without the "red tape" involved with many large, oversized companies. A low-overhead design allows M Shiraz to provide "no cost" services to our customers, such as no minimum purchase levels or split case/single bottle up charges.
